Element Foundation is a multidisciplinary platform founded by Arghavan Sheibani, bridging architecture, collectible design, and the arts. The foundation was established to cultivate dialogue across disciplines, connecting design practice with cultural innovation.
Through its three core pillars — Elements of Architecture, Element Curations, and Elements & — the foundation explores creativity across multiple dimensions while remaining anchored in authenticity, collaboration, and cultural relevance.
Element Foundation operates at the intersection of research, production, and cultural engagement, building projects and partnerships that are conceptually grounded and experientially rich.
Arghavan Sheibani is the Founder and Creative Director of Element Foundation, leading its conceptual, strategic, and creative direction across all three branches — Elements of Architecture, Element Curations, and Elements &.
A multi–award-winning architect, curator, and educator, Sheibani’s work bridges architecture, design, and cultural production through a narrative-driven and research-based approach. Her vision integrates craftsmanship, storytelling, and interdisciplinary collaboration, shaping the Foundation’s identity as a platform for meaningful and timeless design.
Saghi Behfar, Creative Partner at Element Curations and Elements &, is a multidisciplinary artist and designer whose work merges art, architecture, and sculpture. At the Foundation, Behfar collaborates closely with Sheibani on creative strategy, management, and the direction of curatorial, art, and design programs. Her insight and research-driven approach strengthen Element’s commitment to cultural dialogue and innovation.
Each branch of Element Foundation operates through a network of collaborating architects, designers, researchers, and creative consultants. This fluid structure allows the Foundation to adapt to diverse contexts and projects while maintaining its dedication to depth, originality, and cultural relevance.
This website has been compiled and designed with the collaboration of Maryam Firoozbakht, from the Foundation’s graphic design and public relations team.
Element Foundation unites experts, makers, and thinkers from diverse fields to create meaningful design, art, and cultural experiences.
We collaborate with:
• Private Clients and Developers — in hospitality, tourism, commercial, and F&B sectors seeking architecture, interior design, and art consultancy services, including integration of collectible design and commissioned artworks.
• Galleries, Museums, Cultural Institutions, and Art Fairs — developing curatorial collaborations, site-specific exhibitions, and educational programs such as masterclasses and workshops.
• Independent Collectors, Designers, and Artists — providing art advisory, representation, and collaborative production opportunities across limited editions, public installations, and research initiatives.
• Media, Cinema, Television, and Theatre — leveraging our expertise in set design and scenography to create narrative-driven spatial experiences.
In essence, Element Foundation acts as both a creative studio and a cultural catalyst, enabling meaningful connections between space, object, and idea across disciplines, audiences, and geographies.
Through its three pillars, Element Foundation engages in architecture, art, design, and cultural projects:
• Elements of Architecture — delivering architecture, interior design, and spatial identity for luxury, hospitality, and cultural projects.
• Element Curations — curating fine collectible design and limited-edition works, showcasing regional and international designers.
• Elements & — our collaborative lab, where site-specific projects, research, and brand partnerships intersect art, design, and architecture.
• Art Consultancy & Curation — integrating fine art and collectible pieces into architectural environments.
Together, these pillars form a holistic ecosystem merging creativity, production, and cultural dialogue.
To foster a culture of collaboration, craftsmanship, and cultural storytelling that redefines the relationship between architecture, art, and design.
We aim to create bridges across disciplines, generations, and geographies, curating projects that celebrate conceptual depth, material integrity, and human experience. Design is both a cultural responsibility and an opportunity for storytelling: an act that connects people, places, and ideas through material, form, and light.
• Authenticity — valuing originality, narrative depth, and integrity.
• Collaboration — believing partnerships are the foundation of creativity.
• Cultural Context — grounding every project in its place and people.
• Sustainability — advocating conscious making, ethical production, and responsible materials.
• Legacy — designing with awareness of continuity between tradition and the contemporary.
